Our Mission is Ending Hunger Together
The Church-Based Community Food Bank is a compassionate initiative that leverages existing church networks to provide immediate hunger relief to vulnerable community members.
We collect surplus food from congregants, local markets, and farms, then redistribute it monthly to those in greatest need - widows, orphans, single-parent households, and unemployed youth in our community.
Our project directly addresses food insecurity and food waste while fostering community compassion and volunteerism. We serve as a sustainable, cost-effective model for faith-based community action, partnering with local churches to host monthly food distribution points.
